Cost of units 5 x 10 ~ $43.50 (plus tax) $46.11 10 x10 ~ $59.50 (plus tax) $63.07 10 x20 ~ $88.50 (plus tax) $93.81 A signed lease is required as well as first months rent plus another month for the security deposit.
